A website agreement, not a service agreement.
This website is operated by Defrilex LLC, trading as DefrilexCX, headquartered at 12000 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 205, Miami, FL 33181, United States. By using the site you accept these terms.
They cover browsing the site and the forms on it. They do not cover program delivery: every engagement we take on runs under its own written agreement, and where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement controls.
If you do not agree with these terms, the right course is simply not to use the site.

- 02Nothing commits either sideSending a requirement, requesting documentation or applying to the network does not create an engagement, an obligation or a confirmation of fit. Commitments are made in writing, after scoping.
- 03Content changesWe update the site as the business develops, without notice. The version you read today may differ tomorrow.
Use it as intended, and it stays simple.
You may browse the site and use its forms for their stated purpose: getting in touch about a partnership, requesting documentation, or applying to the agent network. You agree not to:

- 02 Use the forms to send unsolicited marketing, spam or malicious content
- 03 Probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- 04 Scrape, harvest or republish site content at scale without our written permission
One thing worth reading before you use a form.
Information sent through the site reaches us before any confidentiality agreement exists between us. Treat the forms accordingly.
Describe your requirement in the terms you are comfortable sharing at a first-conversation stage. Do not send your client’s confidential information, contract documents or personal data about your customers through a web form. If a conversation progresses, confidentiality terms are put in place before detail like that changes hands. That order of operations protects you as much as it protects us.
You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you do send. How we handle personal information submitted through the site is described in the Privacy Policy.

Applying to or being approved for the DefrilexCX network is not employment, not a job offer, and not a promise of work, hours or income. Work arrives through specific programs, and the terms of any engagement, including pay, schedule and working arrangements, are confirmed in writing per program before work is assigned.
You can ask us to remove your profile from the network at any time by writing to contact@defrilex.com.
The names and the content stay ours.
The DefrilexCX and Defrilex names, logos, site design and site content belong to Defrilex LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site freely. Reproducing the site’s content or branding in your own materials requires our written permission, with one exception: quoting brief excerpts with attribution is fine.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes arising from use of the site belong to the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
When we change these terms we update this page and its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
