Work that treats your languages as a professional skill.

DefrilexCX builds and runs customer-operations teams for client programs. The people on our network are the ones doing that work: customer-service and support agents, technical and sales support, and back-office professionals. When the right program comes along, we already know who to call.

01what this is, honestly
Agent Opportunities

We’d rather set expectations properly than have you find out later.

Joining the network means we’ve met you, checked your background and languages, and can consider you when a suitable program starts. It isn’t a job offer, and it isn’t a promise of hours. How much work is available depends entirely on the programs running at the time.

What we can tell you is what the work is actually like when it comes.

02what working on our programs involves
Agent Opportunities

Real programs, not tasks.

  • 01Real programs, not tasksThe work is customer operations for established client programs: proper roles with proper training, not a stream of unrelated micro-jobs.
  • 02Your languages matter hereIf you work in more than one language, that’s central to what you bring rather than a line at the bottom of your CV.
  • 03Training that’s specific to the programWhen you’re matched, you’re trained on that program’s systems, standards and escalation rules, rather than given a general induction and left to work it out.
  • 04People around youPrograms are managed. There’s someone accountable, a quality and coaching process, and a route for escalating something that’s going wrong on a shift. You’re not working alone with a login and a queue.
  • 05Arrangements vary by programSome need fixed schedules, some are more flexible, some are remote and some aren’t. We’ll tell you what a specific opportunity actually involves before you decide about it.
03who’s on the network
Agent Opportunities

Which of these we’re actively adding to depends on what’s running.

  • 01 Bilingual and multilingual customer-service agents: phone, chat, email or social
  • 02 Customer support and escalation specialists
  • 03 Technical support agents: people who resolve issues rather than route them
  • 04 Sales and retention support professionals
  • 05 Back-office professionals: data and order processing, claims support, finance and accounting support, HR administration
  • 06 Professionals working in less commonly staffed languages: genuinely hard to find, and always of interest
04how joining works
Agent Opportunities

A proper process, step by step.

Step 01

Apply

A short application: your background, the languages you work in, and the kind of work you’re after.

Step 02

Build your profile

Experience, skills, languages and availability, so we can match you to something suitable rather than whatever comes up first.

Step 03

Verification

We confirm identity and language capability, and any credentials the work requires. It’s a real step, and it’s why our partners are comfortable putting our people on their programs.

Step 04

Orientation

How the network operates and what’s expected.

Step 05

Program training

When you’re matched, you’re trained on that specific program before you start.

Step 06

Available for matching

Once you’re approved, we’ll consider you for suitable work as programs come up.

Completing these steps means you’re approved and available. It doesn’t guarantee work, hours or a start date, and we won’t suggest otherwise.
