- Managing client relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique language needs, provide guidance and recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Project management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of language projects to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Quality control: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of language solutions delivered to clients by monitoring project progress, reviewing translations, and conducting quality assurance checks.
- Business development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth and expand Defrilex’s client base.
- Team collaboration: Working collaboratively with other departments and team members to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
1- Agent Acquisition: This team is responsible for sourcing new agents, vetting and certifying them, and helping them prepare to take calls. They are focused on building relationships with the agent community and attracting top talent to our platform.
2- Agent Engagement: Our Agent Engagement team focuses on building strong relationships with our agents and ensuring they are satisfied with their work on our platform. They work to improve agent retention and engagement through ongoing communication, support, and recognition programs.
3- Agent Readiness: The Agent Readiness team is responsible for ensuring that our agents are fully prepared to handle customer interactions. They provide ongoing training and development programs to improve agent skills and knowledge, and they monitor agent performance to ensure that our high standards for quality and professionalism are met.
1- Customer Solutions & Implementation: This team is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best interpretation and translation service possible. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
2- Information Technology: This team is responsible for managing the company’s technology infrastructure and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. They work closely with other teams to provide technical support and develop new tools and applications that enhance the company’s services.
3- Learning & Development: This team is responsible for training and developing agents to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional interpretation service. They also work closely with other teams to develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
4- solutions Services: This team is responsible for providing clients with a wide range of language solutions, including translation, interpretation, and localization. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
5- Workforce Management: This team is responsible for managing the company’s workforce, including scheduling agents, monitoring performance, and ensuring that service levels are met. They work closely with other teams to ensure that agents have the resources they need to provide exceptional customer service.
Finance: Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as overseeing accounting and tax functions.
Human Resources: Responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation.
Legal: Responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company, including contract negotiations, compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.
Marketing: Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and services, as well as managing public relations and communications.
Sales & New Business Development: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing client relationships.
